This property in Braybook received a complete revitalisation with the addition of a contemporary dual occupancy in this knockdown/rebuild project. Clever design meant that two three-bedroom units, each with two living spaces, could be housed on this relatively tight block. Further design complexity was present due to the two clients having different accommodation requirements for their individual units.
