VELODROME
Designed and constructed by C&BD, the Brunswick Velodrome Clubhouse provides a modern facility integrating an open plan internal space with an inviting deck overlooking the cycling velodrome. Located on the Merri Creek bike path, this was an entirely new facility for the Merri-bek City Council, and the new home for the Brunswick Cycling Club.

Constructed with locally sourced and sustainable building materials, the clubhouse was designed to complement the surrounding neighbourhood and nature reserve. This unique project included additional design elements to save resources, such as the inclusion of a rain garden and water tanks. This building will be enjoyed by the community for many years to come.
