CBD was engaged to undertake the design and construction of a co-sharing facility in Moorabbin. This innovative project involved transforming an old cigarette factory into versatile spaces tailored for individual businesses. The design not only breathes new life into the building but also fosters a collaborative environment for diverse enterprises to thrive.

Common areas such as a conference room, kitchen, informal meeting spaces, photography studio and shipping station were included for the use of all tenants.
