The Counihan Gallery underwent a thoughtful refurbishment aimed at enhancing the exhibition space for the distinguished Brunswick Gallery. Engaged by the Merri-bek City Council, CBD worked diligently to complete the project within a tight timeframe, ensuring the venue was ready for an upcoming gallery event.

The striking overhead feature of the curved plywood suspended ceiling seamlessly extends the ceiling installation. Overcoming the challenge of matching the original curve, execution was flawless, resulting in a harmonious blend of design elements. This innovative design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also is a testament to skilled craftsmanship.
CBD has expertly designed and constructed movable wall panels throughout the gallery spaces. These panels allow for easy separation or seamless integration between existing and newly constructed areas, catering to exhibition needs. With a focus on both functionality and aesthetics, these innovative solutions enhance the overall gallery experience.
