WAREHOUSES
This new warehouse development in Croydon involved the design of four large warehouses, with cantilevered office areas above covered car parking. Each warehouse is approximately 800sqm with an additional 100sqm office area. Bold colours were selected which gave each building its own identity, whilst also conveying that they are each part of a larger development.

A mix of concrete tilt panels for the warehouses and Alucobond cladding for the office areas helps to create an interesting design amongst the otherwise typical warehouses in the vicinity.
Internal timber feature stair leading to the upper office area. The compliant handrail has been designed to fit in with the stair's aesthetic.
The cantilevered first floor open plan office area provided sufficient space for occupants to create versatile layouts such as this training space.
