RESTORATION
The Merlynston Progress Hall is a community building that was originally built in the 1920s. Rich with history, the building fell into a state of disrepair after many years of neglect. C&BD were engaged by Merri-bek City Council to rejuvenate the building and create a space that it fit for purpose and is compliant with current regulations. A complete makeover was undertaken which included alterations to the interior and exterior of the building.

New weatherboards and roofing throughout, ensured the building was constructed to modern standards, while still retaining its heritage aesthetic.
