Lead Designer
The commercial grade kitchen featured an island bench with a stone benchtop, charcoal cabinetry and a rolling stainless steel section of benchtop to conceal the induction cooktop. The remainder of the kitchen featured charcoal cabinetry under the benches and natural timber overheads and full height cabinetry.

Concrete look vinyl flooring was laid throughout the space offering a safe working environment for this type of application but also creating a finish which tied the entire design together.

Existing steel beams painted black to match the new lighting and ceiling fans.

The design brief for the youth centre section was to provide a relaxed, comfortable space where the youth of the area would feel welcomed. Our approach was to use materials and finishes that would typically be found in a home but also incorporate natural materials throughout. The large timber feature wall is constructed from Tasmanian Oak battens.

The Tasmanian Oak battens continue across the facade of the reception desk helping connect the different areas.
LED lighting highlighting the centre's name on the reception desk.
