The refurbishment of the Richards Reserve Sporting Pavilion, designed and constructed by Construction & Building Design, included new female-friendly change rooms and amenities, a new kitchen, modifications to the social room and upgrades to the public facilities. Additionally, portable buildings were relocated and renovated for use by match officials

By employing a streamlined, modular construction approach and utilising cost-effective, sustainable materials, CBD were able to deliver this project under budget and a timely manner. Prefabricating sections of the build off-site allowed us to reduce on-site construction time and labor costs significantly. We selected durable, eco-friendly materials and locally sourced timber, ensuring both cost savings and a reduced environmental footprint.
