CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING  DESIGN

The new building is a large office and showroom which is proposed to be built in Rowville. Being predominantly west facing, the external perforated screens are designed to help mediate the angle and strength of the sun to the users within the building. They also add an extra element of interest to the facade and help to tie in with the features of the existing adjacent warehouse on the site.​
