SOCCER PAVILION
The Sumner Park sporting pavilion was design & constructed by C&BD. Engaged by Merri-bek City Council, the brief was to extend the existing pavilion to provide additional change rooms, amenities and new public facilities. As well as modernising the building, there was a big emphases on ensuring the internal amenity was designed to be female friendly.

The design of the layout meant that the internal dividing door could be opened to create two larger change rooms, or when closed, catered for four smaller change rooms.
Epoxy floors and impact resistant walls ensured the building fabric was hard wearing and would stand the test of time.
